At The Cardboard Boxes, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information for all orders placed through our website.
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK.
Free Standard Delivery is available on all UK orders with no minimum order value.
If an express or special delivery service has an additional charge, the applicable cost will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday will normally be reviewed on the same working day.
For custom products, production begins only after full payment and final artwork approval.
Orders or artwork approvals completed after 4:00 PM, on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed from the next working day.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after production is completed.
Standard UK delivery normally takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
For a standard custom order, the estimated total time from final artwork approval and full payment to delivery is approximately 10 to 14 working days.
These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
A dispatch confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking information will be included.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, strikes or seasonal demand.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or redelivery, additional charges may apply where permitted.
Custom and made-to-order products are produced according to the customer's approved requirements, including dimensions, materials, printing, finishes and quantities.
Customers should allow sufficient time for artwork approval, production, dispatch and delivery.
